I have a daughter that was placed with a Bio dad she never knew. when she was 9 she is now 11.I was ordered to pay childsup med everything .in my papers also supervised visits 3dys wk 4hrs dy through some women that is independent.dad and I are ordered to split the cost,first visit cost both of us 300 i ask the women to set up another vist she says once a mth both party can not afford.no kidding I want to see my daughter. now I can not get ahold of her.the dad wont let me talk to her cant see her .my daughter sneaks and calls me .she is miserable dad girl friend hits her when he isnt there .when she tells him he does not beleive her.she is left there by herself with a 1yr old cps went out told them to do counsling we have a mutial couple that has children that see my daughter and the gentleman told me he saw my daughter last week and she hugged him when he was leaving and told him please dont leave me here .what are my rights i have taken him to court 2 times.both times he goes in yelling .so I dont get to say anything.The judge uses the notes from pryer court cases to come up with his ruling.If I am such a bad mom why did they return 2 of the girls ..What can I do my daughter wants to come home and he wont let me see her.

You must be able to show a "significant and continuing change in circumstances" at least one year after the most recent Orders. If she HATES being there, is being abused, and YOU HAVE TAKEN STEPS to get to a better place than whatever happened before, then you ought to have a shot.
