Child Custody
I filed for divorced from my husband due to find neddles
filled eith drugs on the floor in our apartment. I would
like to get full custody of our child, but wants custody
also. In the meantime he is clean and watches her
while I work. Have I put my chance of getting sole
custody in jepordy?

If custody is litigated, the Court must look at the child's overall best interests. Certainly, decisions that are made prior to hearing can carry a precedent. So, the fact that you have been allowing him to care for the child would seem to indicate that you believe, at least at this time, that he is capable of doing so.
I can explain the issues and procedures better by phone or in person. As you can imagine, there is too much to cover via e'mail. We offer free 1/2 hour consultations, in which we can discuss the matter in more detail.
Please call me directly to discuss the specifics of your case, or contact my assistant Audrey to schedule a free 1/2 hour consultation. I look forward to talking with you.
