Child Custody

I filed for divorced from my husband due to find neddles

filled eith drugs on the floor in our apartment. I would

like to get full custody of our child, but wants custody

also. In the meantime he is clean and watches her

while I work. Have I put my chance of getting sole

custody in jepordy?

If custody is litigated, the Court must look at the child's overall best interests. Certainly, decisions that are made prior to hearing can carry a precedent. So, the fact that you have been allowing him to care for the child would seem to indicate that you believe, at least at this time, that he is capable of doing so.
