Child custody
My husband stated he will be filing papers for divorce today, we have a 3 year old son together. I want to leave the house with my son as I am the primary parent. He has stated before he wants to take full custody of him, what steps do I need to take to get full custody?

First of all, unless there is a fitness issue, ie drugs, alcohol or abuse, then you 2 will likely share joint custody, not to be confused with parenting time. If you are asking about how much time you will each spend with your son then you have to consider many factors or variables.
