Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

child custody and support

Where can I find forms for myself online to send in as a ''response'' to the courts for Child Support and Custody? Where website would I go to, to download them and submit? Thank you.

firstdistrictcourt.com is the best web site for forms. Go to general forms. If you select divorce forms they have a great set of packets put together with instructions - they are specific to the first judicial district but if you change the heading you can use them anywhere.

The supreme court web site fscll.org has the statutory forms, which are apoproved by the court but have little or nothing in the way of instruction (made for lawyers).

If your case is in Maricopa County, you can get forms and instructions at www.superiorcourt.maricopa.gov, self-service center, forms, family law forms.
