How old does a child have to be to decide which parent to live with in the state of Arizona

There is not an age at which children get to make this decision. The custody statutes include several factors, one of which is "the wishes of the child(ren)." However, what a child wants is not necessarily the same as what is in that child's best interests. Generally, older children's wishes carry greater weight than those of younger children, but ultimately, it is never the "child's choice."

There is no such age. However, a Judge is REQUIRED to consider the best interests of the child, as one factor of many.
