I have a child with a guy & hes her bilogical dad, things went bad bwtween him and i.. can i leave the state with our child due to a bad living situation?

No... I would not suggest that you leave the state without consent of Father or court permission. I am not sure whether you have established paternity for the father. You should definitely meet with us before you make this decision. There can be advantages and disadvantages to leaving the state without an agreement.
