Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

My child has been with me mom since birth my husband has been raising him since birth now after 14 years the potiential biological father is asking for a test and visitation can he do this? My husband is on the birth certificate the paternity test was never done and now the other man is asking for one. Can my 14 year old son be forced to take one
