Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona
after having a no child support agreement in our divorce papers can my ex husband go back and ask for child support

Most likely YES. However, the Court may take the terms of your agreement into account in deciding whether a child support award is appropriate.
IT ABSOLUTELY DEPENDS on how strongly the "waiver" was worded. Child support is generally MODIFIABLE, and I think there is very special language necessary for both parties to forever waive the right to recalucalte child support in ANY amount.
We can certainly help you consider and then pursue your options regarding holding him to his prior agreement.
