Hypothetically, as I would need more information in order to answer this question, anyone can try to seek child support through a qualified child support attorney or the Attorney General's Office on behalf of a child, in any state where the person has lived with the child for over 6 months, unless a court order states that you cannot, or the current court or state has not released jurisdiction in a previous action. However, any agreements that you entered into will be brought out during the child support action.

Next, can you file for child support in AZ? I have no idea. I do not know who has had the child the majority of the time, I do not know what state the child lives and for how long, I have no idea if a current action is pending in another court or state or if an order was entered in a different court or state, etc.
