Child support
Am I entitled to child support from my son's father (who I have a restraining order against and recently pleaded guilty to spousal abuse) eventhough I am married to another man? My ex is not in jail, he paid the bail and is now on probation.

The FATHER is the only one obligated to pay support, wether or not you have married.
