Re: Child support

Unfortunately, I cannot calculate child support with only the information provided. There are additional factors which are necessary under the Arizona Child Support Guidelines.

My office offers free 1/2 hour consultations, during which I should be able to give you a good idea of the child support scenarios.

Please contact me directly if you would like to schedule a consultation.

Re: Child support

In order to calculate child support, other factors must be included: Mother's income, whether either of you pays or receives other child support or spousal maintenance, cost of health insurance for kids (and provided by whom?), amount of visitation by non-custodial parent, extraordinary expenses for the children, etc.

In addition, I am unclear from your question whether you are concerned about establishing child support or modifying child support. In order to modify, certain criteria must be met.

If you are interested in attempting to calculate chid support on your own, you can download the forms at the Maricopa county website under the "court forms - self service center" link. Otherwise, please feel free to contact my office to schedule a consultation.
