You can request a Modification of the Child Support by filing a request in the County where the original Child Support case was entered. Forms are available at the Maricopa County Self Service Center at http://www.superiorcourt.maricopa.gov/SuperiorCourt/Self-ServiceCenter/ There is normally a filing fee that must be paid before the Clerk of Court will accept new pleadings, but you can request a Deferra/Waiver of the fees using the three forms also found at the Self Service Center. You will need to arraign for service of your pleadings on the mother and there may be a fee for this, also.

Good Luck,
