Child support modification

How far back can my ex request my financial information when doing a request to modify child support? Is it based on what I currently make or what I made in the past?

baed on what you currently make in general. But, normally, the past three years of records(taxes) are exchanged if you are in court. Otherwise, you two would exchange current financial information. If you have to litigate something, you might be subject to review going back further,
