Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona
Child support modification
My Ex Husband is not honoring the court order in regard to summer schedule. He was supposed to pick him up for the week and is not. He is not informing me when he changes addresses. What rights do I have?

You can ask the court to enforce the order and perhaps hold him in contempt of court for past failures to comply.
Re: Child support modification
There are several things a court could do if a parent violates a parenting time order. The court could hold him in contempt, order parent education or family counseling, penalize him with a hundred dollar fine for each violation, require the both of you to participate in mediation and/or anything else it deems to be in the best interests of the child.
You may also be able to recover your attorney's fees associated with bringing the action.
I hope this helps. Good luck.
