Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

Child Support Order 08/08/07, he is to pay 347 a month plus 125 in arrears totaling $472 month.

Only received total of $1902 so far from taxes

I keep DCSE updated and they are unable to garnish wages, find address, etc. (only address is mailing at his parents house).

He moves and does not notify me nor the courts, he changes jobs before garnishment can take place, he has bills, vehicles, apartment in either parents or wife's name.

He has his own LLC as of 4/11.

This week he notified me that he got a job out of state and will be moving at end of week

I need to know what I can do especially if he is moving. He owes me a total of $36K and I'm sick of this, and he has responsibility and is not doing so. On top of it the days per year he is supposed to have our child, he does not (which was calculated into order) I would not even say 1/4 of that time...what can I do?

Call us soon. You should, and could, file for CONTEMPT, and ask that he be incarcerated for his failure to pay. It certainly seems that you have stroing arguments for such. You should file and have him served before he leaves the state.

We can certainly help you consider and then pursue your options. This is obviously a very important matter, and you should not go in alone.

One of our attorneys can explain the issues and procedures better in person. As you can imagine, there is too much to cover via email. We offer free 1/2 hour consultations, in which we can discuss your matter in detail.

Please call us directly to discuss the specifics of your matter, or contact my assistant Alicia or my paralegal Jennifer to schedule your free 1/2 hour consultation.
