Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

child support

If I am currently paying child support to my ex, and they live in the warmer climate of Arizona, do they have to provide the children with adaquate clothing to come and see me in Utah on my court ordered Chrismas break? (winter coats, mittens, snow pants, hats, etc.?) It was my understanding my support was to pay for their needs such as these things.

Re: child support

There is no order which requires that the children be provided winter clothing, then the child support can be used for the general costs of raising the child. Buy the children the clothes they need when they get here. It will be a great adventure for them.
