Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

Child support ?'s

My daughter's mother and I have never been married and never lived with each other since she was born. Our daughter is now 6. Recently, mother was married. Does her husband's income get included and become a factor when filling out child support worksheet if I take her back to court to modify my current parenting time\custody court order? Also, are recorded phone conversions admissable in court? Is parental alienation a legitimate claim or recognized in AZ? Thank you in advance.

Re: Child support ?'s

Thank you for your inquiry.

Her husband's income is not a factor in the child support calculation.

I can't answer your question about the recorded phone conversation because you didn't give enough information to determine whether it is a legally recorded call or whether the contents of the conversation are relevant. There are circumstances where a recording is admissible.

True parental alienation is recognized in AZ, but most people do not understand the technical definition, so it is often misused and therefore disregarded by the court.
