Child Support Warrant

I would like to get info on how to get a warrant issued on my ex for child support that is in arrears, I have filed a judgement of arrears and it is complete and he was to start the payments for the arrears on 03/01/2005 which he has not done.

We need to file a Petition for Contempt.
