Re: child support
Thank you for your inquiry. Child support is calculated according to a statutory formula that considers several factors, including the parties' incomes, the cost of medical insurance, the cost of educational expenses, the age of the child, the parenting schedule, and so forth. There is no "standard" amount - it is calculated strictly on a case-by-case basis.
We offer a free initial consultation, so please contact our office to schedule a time to meet with one of our attorneys regarding the details of your situation.
Re: child support
There is no "general cost". Instead, we have guidelines which are a formula. You could get some ideas here: http://supreme.state.az.us/childsup/ .
We can help you even in an uncontested matter. We typically can offer a $1,000.00 flat fee for attorneys fees for an uncontested matter.
If you like, please call me directly to discuss the specifics of your case, or contact my paralegal Jennifer to schedule a free 1/2 hour consultation.
