Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona
I have a child support/custody question. I use to live in Arizona and I was the custodial parent. He had the child 3 days / 2 nights a week 3 times a month. I moved to Texas and we agreed no child support for the next two years. He had him one year I had him the next year. I am now moving back to Arizona beginning of June. He wants to continue the every other year program where he pays nothing and I want to go back to our original agreement of 3 days / 2 nights a week 3 times a month. He doesn't get off work until Midnight 4 nights a week and wanted to leave him unsupervised. My child is 15. If my son were to live there my son would be going to a school that is failing and they are firing all the staff at that school. I will be working in an excelling school district and my son would get the support that he needs. My question is, what do I need to do to try to get the agreement back to what it was when I lived in Arizona. I am asking here because I do not have the income to hire an attorney, wish I did.

If you have existing orders, you may not need to modify at all. You may just need to enforce. If you never had Orders, then you need to file a Petition to Establish Custody, Parenting Time and Support. I would need to know more.
