Child Support/Insurance

I have a court order to pay 50% of unpaid medical expenses for my minor daughter who resides with her mother. Is her mother's insurance deductible considered an insurance expense or unpaid medical expense? Would I be responsible for half of the deductible?

Generally speaking, you are responsible for 50% of any out-of-pocket expenses, whether it is deductible, co-pay, prescription, etc.
