child vacation/ limits

My ex husband whom has full custody of our daughter is wanting to take our child on a cruise to costa rica this next summer. He is asking me to sign for her passport. Is there anyway legally I can stop this from happening or is there a law that he cannot take her out of the country?

Your divorce decree should refer to or include a parenting agreement. This document should answer your question. Look to vacation time for each and look to whether either parent can leave the country.
