child visatation

is there any way i can make my ex husband take our 3 kids every other weekend,because i am a single mom and have them every day and dont have any time for myself,he hardley sees them maybe on sundays or every other sunday,i dont think that thats enough and its not fair to me.i need my time as well. how do i get him to take them.
