Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona
child visitation
I have joint legal custody of my son. I have him 65% of the time. He resides with me during school. Does this make me his residential parent or custodial parent

Re: child visitation
That term is somewhat of a misnomer. Technically if the child is with you more, you have the primary residence. It gives you no more and the other parent no less power of decision making regarding the child.
