child visitation/custody rights for felons
A married man who had a felony incest charge against him currently serving probation for that charge decides to divorce his wife once the probation is finished, what legal rights does this person have to get visitation/or partial custody of young children in the marriage. Is it even feasiable for this man to even try to fight for the right to see his children once the divorce is filed? IF the man decides to marry again what can the future wife do to help with the custody/visitation issue ? thank you for your time... again!! : )

Unless there is a court order which gives the parent not rights to the child, any parent has the right to fight for custody of their child. If man decides to get married again his new wife may help by showing to the court man has stable home life. More facts are needed, but I hope this helps a little.
