Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

Childcare Questions (Post Divorce)

Ex has 3 yr old in a daycare (he pays childcare) that allows him to be unsupervised and I have personally found him playing with his own feces. I want to remove him. Ex says if I do I will be arrested. What recourse do I have?

Re: Childcare Questions (Post Divorce)

If you have sole custody, you can remove the child and select a different daycare. If you have joint custody, you must review your paperwork to see if there is a requirement to go to mediation before filing an action with the court. You can file a motion with the court to permit you to change the child's daycare and if you and your ex can't agree, the judge will decide for you.
