Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona
I have two children, ages 23 and 19, that are still living at home. These children work and attend school. They also drive vehicles that are in my name. I am concerned about my potential liability exposure if they were to get involved in an accident. They are covered under myAuto policy and I have an Umbrella over that. They do not pay rent. If I were to place them on their on insurance policy and have the vehicles titled in their name would that eliminate our liability exposure if they still reside in our home?

Yes. It does not matter where they live. If the insurance and auto title is in their name, they are solely liable.
