Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

I have children, who were awarded to me in my divorce, (custody of minor children, are awarded to the petitioner) my ex took my children for a brief visit, and noe refuses to give them back. I contacted the police, who told me that there's nothing they can do, because there's no "custody order." My ex then filed a "modification of custody," with our local court, which is now going to trial. My question: what can I do to get my children back to me?

The way you've described it sounds VERY strange, and it seems WE COULD HELP if you act quickly.

We can certainly help you consider and then pursue your options. This is obviously a very important matter, and you should not go in alone.

One of our attorneys can explain the issues and procedures better in person. As you can imagine, there is too much to cover via email. We offer free 1/2 hour consultations, in which we can discuss your matter in detail.

Please call us directly to discuss the specifics of your matter, or contact my assistant Alicia or my paralegal Jennifer to schedule your free 1/2 hour consultation.
