children were removed from mother in arizona by father and taken to kansas he was only supposed to go a few miles from the residence and took the kids instead to kansas 4 months later father filed for divorce and residential child custody in kansas mother recives papers and is forced to get kansas lawyer 3 days before court fatherand mother request jurisdiction back to arizona and is granted so but judge wanted kids to remain in kansas until this is moved to az well since it was mr plan to change juisdiction he got an az lawyer but has three weeks to serve mother (sounds like he is trying to by time so that the kids have been in kansas for 6 months} will an az lawyer be able to file the motion to keep the divorce in az even though mother has not been served papers from father
