Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona
I chose to move 45 minutes from my child's father and he is saying because I chose to move I have to do all the driving to get my daughter back and forth between houses. Is that true?

There is not a specific statute referencing this issue. If your current orders provide for specific travel arrangements, then those orders remain in effect until the parties agree to a new order or until either party asks the court to enter a new order changing the travel arrangements. If he raises the issue with the court, the judge will decide how the travel should be allocated; however, it may be easier to try to come up with a mid-point location where the exchanges can take place to avoid either of you having to drive the full distance.
If he files an action or if he violates your existing orders, I recommend you speak with an attorney to discuss your options.
