Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

College Education agreement

I am the divorced father of two children, a 16yr old and 20 yr old. My divorce agreement stipulated that I pay 62% of children's education expenses based on both parents salaries. My wife recently took me back to court and we found out that her salary has increased up to a split of 52/48,

This only affected the minor child, what do I have to do to adjust the percentage for the 20 yr. old in college now?

Re: College Education agreement

Since it was originally an agreement, and child support or children's education after highschool is generally not ordered by the court, you would have to see if she would agree to the change and file a new stipulation.
