Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona
Communicating With My Children
I have repeatedly requested communication with my children via phone calls, emails, etc. My ex always promises that she'll have them call but they never do. We have joint legal custody, but she has physical custody...so I'm to see them every other weekend, rotating holidays, etc. which doesn't routinely happen either. Resolution thru mediation is highly unlikely because my ex is extremely bitter, even after five years. Is my only recourse thru the court?

If its an Arizona matter, we can absolutely help. I believe at this point you have no choice but through an attorney or the Court.
I can explain the issues and procedures better by phone or in person. As you can imagine, there is too much to cover via e'mail. We offer free 1/2 hour consultations, in which we can discuss the matter in more detail.
Please call me directly to discuss the specifics of your case, or contact my assistant Tasha or my paralegal Alicia to schedule a free 1/2 hour consultation

You can force her to mediation. Perhaps, also, a strongly worded letter from an attorney might help. Otherwise, yes, you may need to force the issue throutgh litigation.
