Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

Contempt - Warrant

Ex-Wife lives in AZ and I live in Oregon. Had a hearing scheduled by conference phone. I never recieved a call. I later find out that the hearing was late and when the court did try calling me I did not answer. I never got a call. Since I did not answer, they held me in contempt and placed a warrant for my arrest. My question is, what do I need to do now? Do I file a motion to re-schedule or what action do I take?

Re: Contempt - Warrant

We can absolutely help.

I can explain the issues and necessary procedures better by phone or in person. As you can imagine, there is too much to cover via e'mail. We offer free 1/2 hour consultations, in which we can discuss the matter in more detail.

Please call me directly to discuss the specifics of your case, or contact my assistant Alicia or my paralegal Jennifer to schedule a free 1/2 hour consultation.
