Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

Contested divorce

I am separated from my husband. We both agreed that when I was ready he would bring my furniture and son. Now he has decided to fight to keep my son. We have adopted my grandson. I am the maternal grandmother and he is a step grandfather. What are my rights.? Can he do this?

Re: Contested divorce

Of course, he can do it. Can he get away with it(legally speaking)--whatever the it may be? Hard to say, since it's not entirely clear as to what the relevant facts may be in this situation nor the precise legal claims involved, and, consequently, what your rights may---or may not be in the context of this particular dispute.
