Contesting divorce, what happens next.
Im going to contest my divorce as my wife failed to list roughly 10k in debt incurred while married but in my name nor did she list all the furniture and property she sold 3 months ago to move to az and live with hubby number 6. all the property was bought by my trust as such she had no legal right to any of those things. Having listed those facts on my response what will happen next. shes in az and im in va...weve been separated 7 months.

If the divorce is not final, you will have to prove that the assets should not be considered community in nature. If the divorce is final, you have certain options if the divorce is recent.
