what do I need to do to convert a legal separation to a divorce in arizona or where do I need to start. Is there a form I can down load off the court website?

You would need to file for dissolution of marriage. There are forms available at most courthouses and sometimes online. It depends on the county. For example, Maricopa County has a number of self-help service centers, I think four. Best of luck to you!
