Re: costody of a child
We can absolutely help. There are basically two options:
(1) You can seek "Dependency" guardianship through the Juvenile Court.
(2) You can seek " Custody" through Family Court.
The needs for each process vary.
We can explain the issues and procedures better by phone or in person. As you can imagine, there is too much to cover via e'mail. We offer free 1/2 hour consultations, in which we can discuss the matter in more detail.
Please call us directly to discuss the specifics of your case, or contact my assistant Alicia or my paralegal Jennifer to schedule a free 1/2 hour consultation. My associate attorney, Carlie Owsley Walker, handles these types of matters for the firm, and you can ask to meet with her specifically.
