counting 90 days for time filed or time served
wondering when you start counting the 90 time span from the time that you file in the courts or the day the person was served. is it a 90 day time span or 60 days.

In Arizona, at least 64 days must pass AFTER the day the dissolution documents are served before a Judge can look at and sign a final Decree. Is this the time frame you are referring to?
