Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

The court just gave more parenting time to my x-boyfriend. He does not have a job and moved in with his girlfriend and her family. The girlfirends mother has two children that are foster kids. Both are ADHD and one is deaf. Their are 7 people living in the house and the mother is pregnant. None of the home is baby proof. My daughter is 11 months old. Can I do anything so that my child does not have to go to this

Did the Court know all of those facts? Also, how recently was the Court's decision issued? YOU MUST ACT QUICKLY to question a Court's decisions. Time is of the essence.

We can certainly help you consider and then pursue your options.

One of our attorneys can explain the issues and procedures better in person. As you can imagine, there is too much to cover via email. We offer free 1/2 hour consultations, in which we can discuss your matter in detail.

Please call us directly to discuss the specifics of your matter, or contact my assistant Gloria or my paralegal Jennifer to schedule your free 1/2 hour consultation
