Court Ordered Parent Information Program

Can you tell me if there's anything I can do if the petitioner is refusing to attend the court ordered Parent Information Program? Is there a certain deadline that the parties must enroll and complete the class by? And, could I be denied the divorce because of this?

I belive if you read the order you will see a 45 day requirement. The court will order the other party to go and will likely not grant a custody order without it.
