Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona
Court Orders and Child Visitation
Is there any protection for me against having my ex take me to court again with the false accusation me not allowing her to see her children. This was done in the past and was not true, but cost me lawyers fee to deny this. Now 6 months later she has decided she doesnt want the kids anymore and my concerns is that 6 months down the road she will again take me to court and therefore causing me the same cost and aggravation of dealing with her lies. Also the court ordered her to pay our layers fee which she has not, I tried to send certified mail to garnished, she refused mail.

Re: Court Orders and Child Visitation
If she has changed her desires re: access, I would suggest formalizing that change, so that she cannot simply change her mind, go back to the old schedule, and accuse you of contempt.
Garnishment is very simple if she has a job or a bank account. Service can be accomplished in person, through a process server. Certified mail probably was not sufficient service anyway.
Please call me if you desire assistance in either of the above two matters.
