Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

cps

my kis were removed in october by cps since then i have been fighting hard to get them back doing my case plan completing tasks and complying. now that i have almost finished my case plan i cant get anyone who is involved in my case to contact me. one requirement was find and establish safe housing which i was also told they would help me out now i am getting evicted because cps will not return any calls. visits are cancelled because of biker weekend visit could have been held at my home. i need help cps is setting me back.

Were you appointed an attorney by the court or is this an informal CPS case? If there is a filed court case, you should request an attorney be appointed who would be able to advocate (and make some phone calls). You should keep trying to call the CPS caseworker & keep track of when you called. For the eviction, is it based on non-payment of rent or some other reason?
