My husbend is on disabilty for meantal promblems. He likes to hit on me in front of my kids we live in his mothers house and I am afaird he is planing to run with my kids I have no family and he says if i call the police his mother can have me removed we have been married for 8 yrs what are my rights and if he was to file some kind of restraing order can i first and will I be able to stay in the homeHelp I am scared of his actions to hurt if not physical he will legaly
