custody

I have a baby with my ex girlfriend and we were working on shareing responsibility but now that im seeing other people shes trying to run off with the baby. I want to file for shared or sol custody. How should i approach this?

If you have a strong belief, based on things she has said and/or done that she will run off, then get a petition for custody filed and you may want to file for emergency orders if appropriate.
