Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

What should I do?

I have had custody of my daughter for two years because the father denied her until he got paternity results. Now that child supporthas been established I have allowed him to see her,but now he has filed for joint custody, with a child support modification, and the allegation of my child being abused/neglected. I'm worried if he gets joint, because he has a very violent temper. So many issues what can I do?

You simply need to prepare yourself on all issues. We can absolutely help.

I can explain the issues and procedures better by phone or in person. As you can imagine, there is too much to cover via e'mail. We offer free 1/2 hour consultations, in which we can discuss the matter in more detail.

Please call me directly to discuss the specifics of your case, or contact my assistant Alicia or my paralegal Jennifer to schedule a free 1/2 hour consultation.
