Re: Custody Disagreement

It is impossible to answer your question without knowing more.

Is there a case pending?

What are you concerns?

What is the history between father and children?

I can explain the issues and procedures better by phone or in person. As you can imagine, there is too much to cover via e'mail. We offer free 1/2 hour consultations, in which we can discuss the matter in more detail.

Please call me directly to discuss the specifics of your case, or contact my assistant Audrey to schedule a free 1/2 hour consultation. I look forward to talking with you.

Re: Custody Disagreement

Thank you for your inquiry. The reasonableness of your request depends entirely on the circumstances and your reasons for wanting to restrict the father's access. There is obviously too much information to discuss by email, so I encourage you to contact my office for a free 30 minute consultation so we can discuss the details of your case.
