I have full legal custody of my son,from Mass.court.,my question is HOW DO I GET CUSTODY Transfered TO ARIZONA COURT??

You are not transferring custody. You are transferring the orders. Get a certified copy of all orders regarding the child and when you get them, you will have to file them here with a Notice of FIling Foreign Judgment. The court will then take notice of those orders as if they were from here.
