custody
my ex girlfriend put a protection of order on me. I have had diffculty time picking her up and dropping her off because I have to have someone with me. What are me chances of getting the order dropped? Do I have a legal right to keep my daughter in my custody until I can get a court date for a custody hearing?

I would need to know all of the facts before I could give you an opinion. Also, I would not violate the custody/access orders in any way while you contest the Order of Protection.
