Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

If theres no custody and I live in az my husband lives in ca. My son said he hits him and he is hardly ever there can I go get them?

I would need to know more. There can be advantages and disadvantages to simply go get the child without filing appropriate papers. Also, you may need to consult with a California attorney.
